The standard delivery time for goods to Germany and Austria is 2-3 working days. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow the shipment until delivery. On the day of delivery, DPD gives an estimated time window with the expected delivery period. How long does delivery take if the item is out of stock? We will contact you using the provided contact information and inform you about the cancellation of the order or an alternative change in the delivery of the goods. Alternative delivery times are possible if we plan to restock soon. What happens if my order cannot be delivered? Are you not present at the first delivery attempt? The delivery man may try to deliver the package to a neighbor. If this is not possible, the driver leaves a note with a further course of action. DPD makes two delivery attempts. How can I make payment?Payment for the goods can be made by card or bank transfer.
